Review: I have been taking my troublesome first run X5 to Chris for the past couple of years. He has always talked straight with me, which is nice because at the dealership I feel like they are always talking down to me (yes, I am a woman), and also not listening to what I say. This bugs me because I do try to read up and understand what is going on with my car when it has issues. I may not have done an oil change, but I think with a BS I might be able to figure a few things out, right?Anyhow, after Chris's BMW experts were done with my car and I had to take it to the dealer, their service department said, and I quote: "whoever has been working on your car has been doing a fantastic job."Sorry for those of you out there that didn't have a good experience here. I always feel confident my car will be well taken care of with Chris. If your BMW is out of warranty and you are in his area, I would give him a fair shake. He will be fair with you, and might make you laugh a little too if you aren't too hard headed.Cheers.
