Summary: Amazing

Review: I've had a great experience with there costumor service. I honestly think it's the best I've felt about going to any shop. Doug really seems like he wants to do well by his customers. His shop does great diagnostic work. Being shown what's actually wrong with the vehicle is awesome. The execution is maybe a bit off. I had my vehicle in for a week. Wrong parts ordered, parts broke (not of their fault), vehicle returned running improperly which Doug made an effort to resolve as well as possible. Unfortunately, my drive belt which was replace is squealing and it hasn't been a week. So I'll have to call and follow up again. My vehicle has been in the shop for over a week though.
