Summary: Great care and service

Review: Heritage Auto's customer service is absolutely off the chart! They go out of their way to make sure they communicate with you about the progress of your vehicle and they don't talk "over your head" about the issues going on with your vehicle. Most of all--and this is my favorite thing about Heritage--they are honest. They will tell you exactly what needs to be done with your vehicle and they will tell you what isn't essential but something they recommend in the future. And if it doesn't need to be done, Heritage WILL NOT sell you on something that isn't needed. In a day and age when so many mechanics are corrupt or will convince you that you need to pay for something that isn't essential, you can trust Heritage to give you the truth about what's going on with your vehicle. I drive a far distance to take my vehicles to Heritage simply because they do incredible work and they are incredibly trustworthy.
