Review: On Wednesday, I experienced an immediate flat tire after hitting an object in the road. Fortunately, I was almost directly across the street from Pro Auto Care. When I drove in, I was greeting in the parking lot by Joseph. He immediately saw the problem and brought me inside to Don to take over from there. The repair man, Eddie took my car right away, and shortly determined that the tire couldn't be repaired. My spare was placed, and a new tire was ordered for next day delivery. By noon the next day, Don called to say the tire was in. I went to the shop, new tire was quickly installed and I was home in an hour. Both Joseph and Don were kind, courteous, and attentive. In addition, they were humorous, thus making experience as good as a flat-tire can be! I would not hesitate to give Pro Auto top marks on service and courtesy.
