I called before I actually visited them.The gentleman that talked with me, about my car, was professional, courteous, informative, and answered every single question I had. He also explained how my car would be 'checked out', described the testing that could be done, the cost, and their way of making sure their customers are taken care of. To GOOD TO BE TRUE! I have NEVER been treated so kind, in an auto shop! Clean shop, perfect gentlemen,more than willing to put your mind at ease and answer all of your questions. They do not make you feel like you are taking too much of their time. Follow ups are REMARKABLE!! They strive to make sure you are pleased with their service and off a LOT of extra services to help you with understanding what will be done, cost effectiveness, suggestions for helping you make a plan for repairs, and working with you to make sure the costs will not overwhelm you.
