Summary: I'm a new customer and..

Review: I'm a new customer and the outstanding customer service that I received at Heritage compelled me to write this review. (Great customer service is often a rarity these days!) I was highly skeptical about taking my Yukon into a shop--my experience with auto shops is that they are great at charging an arm and a leg and often don't know what they are doing. Heritage repaired my 2005 GMC Yukon at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent; everyone that I came in contact with was straight shooting, professional and knowledgeable. I also happened to have my kids with me when I returned to pick up my Yukon and they had toys in the (clean) waiting room, healthy snacks. Hands down I'll be a return customer and will refer friends/family in the future.
