Summary: I am satisfied

Review: The shop is clean and organized. It was very easy to schedule service online. I dropped off my car and upon vehicle inspection, a comprehensive report with photos was emailed to me before service was started. I was able to review what the mechanic saw during his inspection because the report included recommendations that ranged from work that needed to be done immediately to work that needed to be done in the future. The report was followed up by a phone call, where everything was explained thoroughly so I could decide what I wanted done. Service was performed is a timely manner. Sixto Alcantar the manager was courteous, thorough and diligent. I will return as a customer and recommend others to this business.
