Summary: 75K Service was completed as..

Review: 75K Service was completed as planned. I was out of town and needed car delivered to an other location... completed also. Unfortunately, the tire rotation caused a vibrations in the steering. Also had grease/dirt on headliner above door due to dirty hat or hand (never a past problem). Returned car a week later to report issues: * tires balanced and found loose bolt found/tightened - vibration resolved * headliner cleaned * reported most tired had not been "topped off" at the regularly scheduled service (check-list item) all above completed immediately First service below typical standards. Resolved on second / inconvenient return to shop
