Summary: A little feedback: Your guys..

Review: A little feedback: Your guys were working so hard, but the flow of those needing immediate servce flooded your lobby, your bays and some customers, sadly, had to be turned away. Great job in being so busy, though, you may consider to hire an office manager who can triage the customers needs, can contact customers if their vehicle is not yet finished, and/or call customers asking for routine service/maintenance, that your shop is behind and offer to re-set their appiontments, rather than wait until they show up to say, "I am sorry, can we have you come back a different day?" We appreciate you, just hard to see myself and/or other customers have to be turned away... only to come back to another mega-busy day at the shop. Take care and keep up the increadible work.
