Summary: I'm usually really happy with..

Review: I'm usually really happy with Roy Fosters, and recommend them often, however my most recent visit for a simple oil change left me a little miffed. I mentioned that my left blinker wasn't working again, something that had been repaired previously by Roy Fosters (a bad socket). Karl said he would look at it and let me know what they find. When I went to pick up my car and pay the bill I found that they had charged me $20 for two blinker bulbs, stating that 'someone' installed the wrong ones. My frustration in this is two part 1) they were the last ones to look at my blinker, so they have to have been the ones to install the wrong bulbs 2) if they had called like they said they would, and simply told me that I had the wrong bulbs, I would have walked across the parking lot and bought some at O'Reilly for a fraction of the price.
