Summary: Great service as always... I..

Review: Great service as always... I have been a customer for over 8 years. I will say I tried to use the Internet coupon and the lady behind the counter (I believe she was the owner) was not very nice about it. She said the coupon was not correct and would only give less then 10 dollars on a 20 dollar coupon. It seemed like a pretty small deal considering the repair was nearly 400 dollars and that I have been a loyal customer for many years. This was the first time I've ever had an issue.

Reply: I am very sorry that I did not extend you the courtesy that I normally provide. It was unintentional. Please accept my apology for my behavior. I was not very clear in my explanation of the internet coupon usage; this coupon is intended for labor charges of more than $100 and can not be combined with other discounts. Your brake pads typically list for $137.56, we had all ready discounted them to $101.99. Your rotors list for $171.56, we had discounted them to $143.70. Your labor charge of $92.84 did not meet the requirements for the $20.00 coupon. I thought offering you an additional 10% discount on the labor was a fair compromise. I would be happy to discuss this further with you if you have any questions. Linda
