Summary: Very impressed

Review: Over the past several years, I have had a couple of very strange problems with my now aging BMW and Toyota. In each case, I have been very impressed that they tenaciously track down the sometimes obscure source and didn't just write me off as a "picky customer." And, before returning the cars, they will go over all of the critical systems an alert me to any existing or impending service needs. When I get the cars back I am confident that my family and I will be as safe as possible and the cars are not likely to let us down.
