Summary: Couldn't be happier

Review: Over the years, I have received good service from certified tires and it's close to my home, so it's been very convenient to use them for servicing my car. However, this last servicing there was no communication between the front desk and the mechanics. Questions were asked about what the check engine light indicated and there were no notes from the previous day and the mechanic from the previous day was off duty. I was just disappointed no one could tell me if anything was wrong with the car. I waited all day for answer. It just didn't seem professional. Like I said, over the years, I have been treated well by them.
