Summary: I took my son's truck..

Review: I took my son's truck into Chase because the rear door on the passenger side would not lock or unlock with the power button. At first, Chase thought it was the actuator and had to order a new one from the dealer. The total cost of the repair was going to be $260. When they installed the new actuator and it did not work consistently, they checked again and found a faulty wire. They repaired the wire and reinstalled the "old" actuator and everything is working great. Then the bill was reduced to $130. I really appreciate their honesty. A lot of repair shops would have just kept the new actuator in and charged for the original price of $260. Thanks Chase Automotive Repair.
