Review: Crew was helpful just wish a diagnosis wasn't done. We knew what the issue was

Reply: Hi Tom, Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback on our services. I understand what you are saying. I did call your number, I received your voicemail and I left a message. If you have the time I'd love to talk in person. But with that said, It's always a tough decision when a customer asks us to replace a part that was diagnosed somewhere else. We've had so many cases where we've installed part as requested and it didn't fix the concern. You'd be amazed at how many people get mad at us and don't want to pay for the part they asked us to install. It's happened so much that I had to institute a rule and insist my advisers diagnose the cause of the fault before replacing a part. It's the old story how a few (quite a few) mess it up for the rest of us. So Tom, we appreciate you as a customer and am grateful you took the time to leave some helpful feedback.
