Summary: I brought my car in..

Review: I brought my car in due to an intermittent electrical problem. The issue with those types of problems is that they can be difficult to find. The technician, the service manager and even the owner (!) spent time trying to solve the issue...but were unable to get the problem to reoccur. They cared enough at that point to recommend against blindly replacing a $500 part, because they were not 100% certain that it would fix the problem. It's nice to know that they care so much about my car and my experience. That's the kind of team I want maintaining my car.
