Summary: My automatic car window suddenly..

Review: My automatic car window suddenly stopped working and would not go up (close). I realized I would not be able to park anywhere safely having an open window. In a panic I called Lion's asking if I could come in first thing in the morning and they said that would be fine. Sal checked me in, gave me a written estimate, and answered all my questions in a very pleasant knowledgeable way. Bob called me soon after confirming I had a broken window assembly motor thingy. He even told me how I could save money by them getting the part from long beach vs getting the part locally if I didn't mind waiting an extra hour or so. How wonderful is that! Plus he explained the results of the free inspection that I agreed to and I found out my car doesn't have any serious immediate problems at this time. Will need my brakes done sometime soon which my husband knew about already. Bob is amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and secure. I knew my car was in good hands! I picked my car up that day and the mechanic did a wonderful job. I couldn't even tell he took the door panel off. Thank you Lion's.
