Summary: I had my van towed..

Review: I had my van towed in, gave them my key, then left. As usual, Bob called, explained everything in detail, I approved & the work was completed. Bob called a few hours later, it was ready. Bob was talking about taking a vacation. My 1st thought was (panic) what if I have a problem and his is gone. He has trained well. I had a male cousin asking me for my auto technician's address and number. He is looking at used cars. I gave him Lion's Automotive's number of course.
