Summary: I've been taking my cars..

Review: I've been taking my cars to Viking for a long time and have been very impressed with them. I would give them 5 stars based on any of my other experiences. However, my last service appt was less than impressive. I dropped off the car Sunday evening for a Monday morning appt. I was traveling all week without cell phone service and asked to communicate through email. Viking agreed. I did not receive an email on Monday regarding the status of my car. I sent an email asking about it Monday evening. I didn't get a reply until Tuesday at 5:20pm. I authorized service on Wednesday then never heard back. I needed the car back on Friday and was getting concerned that the repairs were taking too long. I finally sent an email telling them to contact a local family member directly since I wasn't getting good feedback. The car was done on time and I'm happy with the quality of the service, as usual, but communication was poor. This could definitely be improved.
