Review: I think that they were very fair with pricing and I did not feel that I was getting "jipped", as I frequently do at the dealership. I was very impressed that they even offered coupons on their website for additional money off. The time estimate they gave me for when the car would be ready was very accurate. I've waited 3.5 hours at an Audi dealership for an oil change before even with an appointment, but here I was in and out in just over an hour, just as the employee had told me. The manager clearly relayed the quotes and expectations for future work I inquired about and I was impressed with the pricing. They even offered to shuttle me to work if I had to leave my car all day. They seemed honest, fair and trustworthy with their recommendations. Will definitely start coming here instead of the dealership for all future work and oil changes.
