Summary: Honesty is the best policy

Review: I can't speak highly enough of this repair shop. In an industry where folks constantly wonder if their mechanic is ripping them off, I've had cars fixed worry free for 10+ years at LBR. There have been many instances along the way that prove that honesty is LBR's policy, but the most recent was when our '99 Jeep went in for a safety check before a cross country trip. LBR thoroughly checked out the vehicle and came the to conclusion that it really wasn't safe to drive that far and let me know that it was on its last miles. Sure, it sucked to hear that news, but another repair shop would've quickly taken the opportunity to fix all the problems for thousands of dollars and I'd still be stuck with a car on its last leg. I'm a lifer with LBR and when that Jeep does give out, you can bet I'll be taking my next car to LBR.
