Review: I recently moved from Houston, Texas and needed to find a good auto shop to take both of my vehicles to. I researched the internet and found that Eric Krebs Automotive had the best reviews around. I gave it a try and it was the best thing I did. I needed an oil change for my one vehicle and needed some work done on my 2001 Z3 BMW. Kris was so personable and kind and discussed everything with me in an understanding fashion. He took the time to review the written analysis of another repair shop in Illinois and answered all of my questions. The oil change was done quickly and professionally. Then, when I needed smog checks on both cars, Chris and Eric had it completed the morning I called within an hour. I have found the place I will always take my vehicles to and nowhere else. I have never had such great service. I will be taking my BMW in next week for a diagnostic workup and I know that my car will be in great hands.
