Review: I moved to the area from Iowa summer of 2017, knowing noone I went to Milsteads when my car had an oil leak after googling for a place that would be trustworthy. After reading reviews, I chose Milstead. It can be very daunting as a female in a new city, made more so when you need help and don't know who to trust. Mr. Bruce was very professional, explaining in detail what process would be needed to repair and keeping me informed throughout. My vehicle was promptly taken care of and even washed before I picked it up! I was not on l was not only relieved, I was impressed. The whole process from start to finish was expedient and friendly and professional. I had to bring my vehicle back last week when my check engine light was on and even when this popular shop was busy, my car got in on a timely manner, problem was resolved, part was changed and I was back in it next day. Since moving to the area I have praised Milsteads to those at church, in my neighborhood and elsewhere that inquire as to where they should take their vehicle. Always a professional, friendly, thorough and expedient experience when you have service done with them!
