Summary: Be sure to ask if there are alternative repairs

Review: Be sure to ask if there are alternative repairs that will completely fix the problem for a lower cost. Just in the last few months, T&C has been quoting estimate costs that are very high. Only after refusing service or asking questions will it be revealed you can have the repair completed in an alternative manner at a lower cost. I have been a T&C customer for 10+ years and have always been EXTREMELY satisfied with their work and service. In the past, cost options have always been provided up front. Only recently has this changed.
