Review: The people and the quality of work at Westlake Independent Honda are just absolutely outstanding. My wife and I trust them complelety and appreciate their friendly, courteous and honest service. We've been with them for more than 15 years. They would go out of their way to help us out even if it meant business for someone else because it was the right thing to do. As an example, our car barely started up recently so we brought the car in for them to look at. Craig, our Service Manger, told us that the battery was failing and it was leaking acid. He said the battery should be replaced, but also added that it was still under warranty and that we should talk with Honda. So we took our car to the local Honda dealer; but when the dealer said they couldn't do anything for us, Craig arranged a ride for us to pick up our car from the dealership later that afternoon and put in a new battery within 15 minutes. That's outstanding honest service with a capital "S".
