Review: Outstanding: I called at 9:30 to set up an appointment for sometime this week to address the remaining priority items from the previous analysis. Craig asked if I could get it down there that same morning, I did and you did the work, including staying a bit late to get it all done. Plus Craig gave me guidance on best ways to address some related questions, which I've already done. Could not be happier with the overall process: 1) you did the complete analysis (some weeks ago); 2) we immediately addressed the safety issues + overdue service; 3) this week you addressed the remaining priority issues; and 4) yesterday I got my back-up key + arranged for interior upholstery repairs based on your recommendations.
