Review: I was in need of a repair on my cruise control switch located on the steering wheel. After getting an estimate from the Honda Dealer for replacement I decided to check pricing with an alternative independent repair facility. I was aware of Westlake Independent Automotive but had not have the inclination to try their service. I met with Service Advisor Bruce Nation and he gave me a price that was competitive with the price from the dealer. He first had the service technician provide some preliminary work to determine if the existing switch could be saved and made operational. Unfortunately it could not be saved but I gave him permission to purchase the new part and had it installed in two days. They also did a quick inspection of the mechanics of the car and made some recommendations on servicing in the future. I am pleased with their diligence and when I need more service I plan to use this service facility.
