Summary: First of all their work..

Review: First of all their work was quality and fast. Their scheduling was good, too. My only gripe is that their labor rate is $120 per hour and they literally only had the car in the garage for 15 min. I asked he tech how long it took and he said one hour. I was there to see it all. Then they still charged me for the whole hour. The coupon helped but even my attorney charges by the minute. I felt overcharged. If a business is supposed to do "estimates" and can charge more with permissions, then they should also charge less when the work is below estimates.
