Summary: I don't like writing reviews..

Review: I don't like writing reviews but decided to make an exception here. These folks are very Courteous and very Knowledgeable service advisors. Very detailed oriented and kept me abreast of the status on my vehicle. My vehicle was not repaired by them, but it was not due to a lack of technical know how, but because the repairs were valued at more than the vehicle value price. My service adviser Joe was excellent and did exactly what his title displays....ADVISE! He wasn't trying to sell his services, but letting me know what was best for my wallet, by giving me choices to make an informed decision. If the customer service is this good...I can only imagine the type of quality maintenance they provide. I am a mechanic in the military and understand the industry...very rare to find HONEST auto repair facilities in this cut throat market. Thanks and continue the great honest work, Felix
