Review: My husband and I have been going to Protime for a few years now. It is so nice to finally have a place where we can take our vehicles for any service needed. I took my car in this morning, first thing, and they told me that they were a bit backed up and it might be a little while before they could actually get my car in. I expressed that that was fine and I understood. Well, they saw that I had my 3 year old with me and we were going to have to wait, so they willingly adjusted some things around and got my car in quickly. We have never had a bad experience there and the customer service of Kevin, Robin, Vince, and every other employee at the shop has always been impeccable. They know us my name and we never have any concerns or worries when we drive away in our cars. I highly recommend Protime and I will send anyone there who needs a great place to have their vehicles maintained.
