Summary: Thorough

Review: A first-time customer, I was welcomed warmly by the Service Manager, Derrick Hoffer. We discussed extensively the repair/replacement -- new/used options regarding the differential on my '04 Pontiac GTO. I was not hurried or pressured at any time during the discussions. Once I made my decisions, the "diff" was ordered and installed promptly upon receipt. The vehicle (after 88+++ miles) also needed new upper control arm bushings and motor mounts, which were installed during the time we awaited delivery of the "diff." "Willy," my service technician, explained thoroughly the needed installations. I am very pleased with the service and pleased to recommend Tanner Motors to my family and friends.
