Summary: Honest and fair

Review: Excellent, honest, and experienced. They really listened to what I needed checked and maintenanced on my car, and clearly explained everything they would do. They also clearly indicated what I would and would not be charged for. As it turned out, they were not able to replicate a clunking noise I was hearing from my car, and so did not charge me for inspecting it. Yet when I picked up my car after service, the sound was no longer there, so the regular maintenance they did must have fixed it. At other places I've gone, I would have been charged any way. It's nice to know of a place with honest and hard working mechanics that do not over-charge. Also, they dropped me off at a nearby cafe while I waited for my car to be serviced. Unlike other places I've been, their service was immediate. Right after I signed the paper work they wisped me away, and right when my car was done, they came and picked me up. Excellent service all around!
