Review: These guys are the best. They are true professionals in this business and are truly people you can trust. I have been going to this group since I moved back to Ipswich and have never had a bad experience, the manager Jonathan, the Mechanics and all the staff are personable, knowledgeable and skilled at the service. The level of customer service is of the highest level, and they certainly have the skill level to appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction, it is built in to their level of commitment to the customer to assure a safe and satisfying experience. They deliver high level big auto repair in a more relaxed atmosphere while fully appreciating their customers and knowing what they want and need. They are excellent in helping a client/customer to problem solve and will work out a solution with their customer that meets at a higher level, nothing is left unanswered. Jonathan and his team of experts are wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am more than pleased with their service and often comment to friends just what I am writing here.
