Review: I found that the Front Desk staff, called me @ every turn to see if I wanted them to proceed with the next thing on my vehicle. Very Astute of them and very Professional. Also what they said that they would do, they followed to the letter, unlike some other Mechanics I've gone to, only to find they've found countless other things wrong the vehicle and gone ahead and did work on it without your permission. Downtown Auto, respects the Client and will always keep "you" in the Drivers seat, so to speak. Excellent Job!
