I appreciate the honesty of Charles, who checked and told me on this recent visit that I can wait on the replacement of the serpentine belt. Originally, I was told it needed to be replaced but Charles checked on the condition and the computer's record on when it was last replaced and he said it seems to be still not necessary to replace yet. Its condition is fine and not yet 40,000 miles since last replaced. Now, THAT's honesty.
