Shawn	This was my first visit to Stans. Everyone was polite and friendly. The only issue was I was unsure if the tires were rotated. The paperwork seems to indicate that tires are rotated “cross”. I don’t believe they were rotated in my case because the tires were marked. So that makes me wonder if the other inspections were actually completed.

Every time we drive our vehicles we trust fate that that vehicle will take us from point A to point B without reason for concern- for safety or mental anguish. In my 78 years I've not seen better attention to these complex systems (more complex than when you & I first started way back in high school!). Your method of reporting conditions is excellent. If what is put on the report has actually been done I feel confident in that vehicle.
