Josh A.	I was disappointed with my visit. I scheduled the appointment because I had maintenance codes A1379 on my dash. When I scheduled the appointment, I said it was for vehicle maintenance. When I arrived, the appointment was scheduled for an oil change only. I mentioned that I need more than just an oil change and if you could please look at the dash codes and do what needed to be done (except tire rotation). When I came back when the appointment was over, I asked for what services were done and it was only an oil change and filter replacement. I had to ask why it wasn’t done and I was told I would have to schedule a morning appointment and leave the car all day. Ok, fine, I wish I would have been told this at some point but it’s frustrating. The bad part was the codes were reset on my car. If I hadn’t asked, you would have just replaced the oil and filter, not done anything else, not told me, and reset the maintenance codes. When I c

Aware of customer needs to balance cost against other priorities but able to advocate from car safety perspective.Inspection report with both video and audio is amazingly detailed and useful. If a major part in my case a subframe needed to be unexpectedly replaced a quick picture of damaged part would be useful in further cementing customer trust.James is one of few remaining superb SAAB mechanics and service repair while demanding on my vehicle expertly completed.I had to travel from London but will do so again in future as service quality well worth the trip and inconvenience.
