This as a major service interval and Matt knew exactly what needed to be done. I checked his paperwork against the owner’s manual and he was spot on. I brought the car in a day early so they had three full days to work on it if necessary. Check in was very easy as they were ready for me. The price was as expected. I received a very detailed explanation of what they did including clear pictures of their inspection in and under the car. This was very helpful as I like to know what they saw. Every single maintenance item was accomplished. I picked up the car today and was instantly greeted by Rob with a smile and handshake. Chip walked by and he greeted me like an old friend and even took the time to chat (even though he was busy). Rob finished the transaction and then I asked him if it was difficult to replace the changing the cabin filter. He looked up the procedure and then researched a YouTube video to show me how it was done, inviting me around the counter to watch the video. This was a very pleasant experience top to bottom. I will return to Auto Assets again for repairs or maintenance even though I’m about 30 minutes away, passing several other shops who could work on my car. Thanks again to Rob, Matt, and Chip for a great experience and the confidence knowing my car was properly and expertly serviced.

I previously took my car to my local dealer for smoking on cold starts , and after three weeks they recommended replacing both turbocharges. Since my car did not smoke on acceleration and the estimated chargers were over 13,000.00 I felt I needed a second opinion. My car has performance modifications, Matt was able to recommend an alternate solution and was familiar with the problem. I had other issues and they were are all-addressed and corrected. The smoking issues were corrected with additional oil line modifications that apparently are required on 993s turbos with this problem , that they were aware up. This saved me over 9,000.00 if I had followed my dealer's suggestion. My car was detailed when I picked it up, they also sent pictures of my engine showing areas of concern through e-mails. The facility is quite amazing and I was given a tour of the other cars they were working on. It is great to find a shop that can work with performance modified cars without hesitation. I am very pleased to get my car back working great.
