Jim D. Nome, AK	Just had an issue with my Tacoma.. wouldn't start after a normal run to town. TSR got back to me and had the truck at their shop within the hour - short notice. Traced the problem and had it back to me that evening.. after hours IRC. TSR is always very thorough.. might cause some to question - but I feel it is very effective at finding looming issues. This last visit they found a shredded seal and replaced it as warranty work for no charge. If left unnoticed, it could have become a very costly repair. Prices are perhaps higher than our other fine local mechanics, but I think TSR pays a very fair wage to its help, and also has them well trained and certified. And I've always had good auto care from them. I would recommend them!

Kristine	I have not had a single bad experience with TSR. When ever call they can usually get me scheduled within 24 hours. Rachel is always pheasant and willing to help. On one occasion I locked my keys in the car with the motor running, Rachel was there within 5 minutes unlocked the car for me and there was no charge. Yesterday they had to keep my car and I was suppose to get a ride from a coworker when we went outside her tire was flat, we called Rachel and she came out put air In the tire and then also gave me a ride home. I was contacted about additional services that could be provided and was given a rough estimate on what they would cost. They were able to process the payment and do everything without me having to get up from my desk at work! I would highly recommend this service to others. Only issue I have is the website states that no money will be spent without our permission and there were a few things that were done that we didn't know about after the fact. Things that probably had to be done but it would have been nice to have a heads up that the final price was going to be more than the estimate due to these additional items. Other than that, zero issues and we always recommend them to other people that need work on their vehicles.
