John G. OTTAWA, ON	Absolutely wonderful experience. It all started a few months ago when I brought in my 06 Mustang GT to get the timing chain and parts associated with it replaced. They quickly fixed the problem but when testing the car it seemed that the PCM was acting up but all it turned out to be was a blown fuse. A few months later my car died again while driving home and it was the same issue. The parts failed for some reason. So I brought my car back and they took care of everything as it was still under warranty. Tamara was so accommodating that she treated me like family. Constantly giving me updates, which I appreciate very much. Unfortunately the part took a very long time to arrive but this was out of thier hands. So because of this they gave me a loaner car free of charge which I was very thankful for. Part came in finally after a few days, Dan fixed the car up very quickly. He and Tamara also explained what happened so I could understand the situation. I want to thank Tamara and Dan for everything they had done for me. It is truly appreciated. I highly recommend this garage. They are very professional and honest.

Everything about the auto-center was impressive. 1.We loved the method in place to safely deal with clients during this covid19 time. 2. The morning we left our vehicle we received a call, asking for more details of the problems we were having with the vehicle. 3. Later on we received a detailed text message giving details of the vehicle inspection. Items were classified as per there importance and or safety, and a number of items were recommended. They indicated that they would be calling later to discuss. 4. We received a call from the service advisor would gave explanations of what the technician had found. He explained which items should be addressed immediately and which could could be set aside for now. He also gave details of the cost. The most important part of the conversation was his attitude and his helpfulness. Because we had not done any maintenance in quite a while we were worried about its safety so his conversation removed a lot of that worry. 5. They have kept a detailed list of the vehicle inspection and will be consulting it in our future visits.

He also recommended a tow company along with the phone number. The next day I received a very detailed email with pictures, videos and clear explanations of the work that was needed. However once calling and speaking with Roy himself, he expressed concern about doing all of the repairs to the car, as it is a 2009 with 265,000 km. He recommended just the bare minimal, as I also explain to him that I only wanted the car to get me through another three or four months. The conversation I had with Roy gave me a sense of trust and comfort with the work that would be performed. I was very well taken care of and I would recommend Roy Rump’s garage to everyone. Rump's is a 3 generation, family run business and you would be hard pressed to know who was staff or family as all the employees treat you like it is their own business. The garage is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. The advice they give on existing or future maintenance is thorough and their prices are very fair. They are a one stop shop and what they don't do in-house, like windshield replacement, they tendered out to top experts in those areas. Their are less expensive places, but Rump's only uses quality parts, and the work is done by trained professionals.
