The shifter issue however, at an estimate of ~1G$, seems ludicrous, so I forgoed that. If it’s just the solenoid that can be replaced and not the whole assembly, that could be a strike, but time will tell. No joking. Sarah, the manager, was very courteous, and honest about what the costs entailed, and how long they'd need my vehicle. Tyler, my mechanic, was super knowledgeable, and didn't mind at all, being peppered with questions that I had, regarding my JEEP's status. There were a couple other unexpected issues, which arose, separate from getting my cracked manifold replaced, and they were able to take care the idling problem, and the vacuum hose blockage, timely, at a super reasonable price. 	Making things right
Dan* B.	I previously posted a low star rating for Advanced Auto Center because of problems we had with the service there for my car. However, since then, my husband & I want to commend Scott, the owner, on his exceptional customer service and honesty in making things right with us. So often in our culture today, business owners do not do the right thing or take responsibility for the poor work or lack of courtesy by their employees. Scott did none of that. He listened to our grievance and didn't just give lip service to 'the customer is always right,' but actually made restitution to us for the additional expenses we incurred. Humans make mistakes; we all know that. But it speaks to great character for a businessman to right a wrong even when it costs him money to do that. Scott has retained a customer by his exemplary behavior in our situation. Thank you, Scott; you are a great example to all business owners.

Gisel F.	I had an issue with my belts squealing due to a previous DIY repair and decided to give Advance Auto Center a try. I brought my car in that day to get 2 of my belts tightened and it took less than an hour, I also felt that they were reasonably priced compared to some other places I called. They fixed my problem and were kind enough to let me bring it back the next day if I still had an issue (which I didn't). I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a female and don't know a lot about cars. I know I can trust them with any future car problems because they are honest. They even give rides if you need to drop your car off for the day. Thanks again AAC!
