	Quality Care
Jamie M. DES MOINES, IA	Not this time, I have concerns if I got my "complete" oil change. Recently waited for the oil change like I always have, later on that day I used my washer fluid and then got the message that it was low. Isn't that something included with the oil change along with some other things that are to be checked like lube all fittings on steering linkage, all joints & drive shaft. Check and correct all fluid levels to include brake fluid, power steering fluid, COOLANT, battery acid, auto transmission fluid? I got the "next service date" sticker, but really am I getting what I came to you for or am I getting half of what I paid for?? These things above came from the receipt I was given by your guys, thanks for a half ass job.
