The service was awful… I specifically went in and specifically explained that I was getting a code about the coolant n smelled coolant n oil change that allegedly had 21 point inspection. I also asked about the coolant issue when picking up the car. The store mgr said they did not know and for me to take a look at a link sent to my cell phone. I have no data link on my cell. I was standing right there asking about the car and the mgr did not care to explain the issue or any issue to me. Instead he kept referring me to look at a link on my cell phone and suggested I change my windshield wipers, a cabin filter, get a car battery, an change spark plugs. I asked to get this in writing and what was the cost break down. The mgr said he could not provide a printed copy of the estimate but I could go to a link sent to my cell n take a look. Prior to picking up my car I was given some prices of several thousand dollars for the above and would I like the work done before I pick up the car. I stated I would like to discuss any issues when I come in as I went in for a routine oil change and to determine why coolant code was coming on as perhaps there was a coolant leak, thermostat problem. These questions were not ever answered when I came in and I kept being referred to a link sent to my cell phone. I finally was able too get someone to open up the link, the coolant issue was not addressed and only a note stating the coolant was not low. Its a customer expectation when they bring their car in about a specific problem it be addressed and the ability to discuss it rather than to be directed to look at a link. Also to be provided a copy and estimate of any work that is suggested to be done. Or, requested over the phone to spend almost 1500 bucks on wiper, filter, change n a suggestion to spend another thousand to change out the battery n spark plugs. But absolutely no info on the actual reason why the car was giving a code for coolant n overheating and brought to the shop in the first place.
