Delavan	I would tell them to take their vehicle elsewhere because they will charge you hundreds to "diagnose" your vehicle and then call to tell you they found the problem and for X amount of money they will fix it. Once you agree to it and pay it if your cars issue returns they will not look at it again for free they will charge you get another "diagnostic fee"' costing you hundreds of dollars. They will act as if it's the first time you brought the car to them and the problem is brand new. They don't care. They don't warranty the fact they said that "If you pay $300 or whatever price they tell you will fix the issie. If the issue returns you are stuck just paying them again for the ENTIRE PROCESS as if they did nothing wrong. I'm currently out over $900 with a broken vehicle and they have done nothing for me. I liked them before. I told people about them. I did not know that they didn't stand by their work when it went the other way. Now I know. I wish It wouldn't of costed me $1,000 but now I know. I have to now deal with lawyers because they don't want to be fair and own their mistakes.

Susan M. Delavan	I just moved to Elkhorn, WI and was greeted with a huge basket of goodies from Celebrate Our Town and one of the gifts was service at Advanced Auto Clinic in Delavan. I needed an oil change so called Advanced Auto Clinic and was promptly greeted by Brandan who set me up with an appointment. When I arrived Marty was there and took all my information. As service was being performed on my vehicle Marty kept me informed on what was going on. My vehicle had never had such great care, when i went to check out Marty even showed me photos of the areas of the vehicle that may need attention. Both Marty and Brandan were fantastic, the tech guys were all great and I will be back for any future work needed and my oil changes. Thanks to Celebrate Our Town for the introduction and thanks to AAC for being such a wonderful and down to earth auto center.

I have read many positive reviews and took a chance to try Advanced Auto Clinic instead of taking my car to a Mercedes Dealership. AAC provided much better service and I feel I can trust them now. The attention to detail, customer service and response time was superior.

They even text you which is so convenient for those who are at work. They also provide loaner vehicles. I will always take my car here for all services. Also you get real time status updates on how your car is coming along and where they are at in the repair process. The workmanship is great and the prices reasonable.
