"I was very pleased with the responsiveness and fair pricing of the shop. I had done some comparison shopping in the local area for work needed on my Nissan and found Pro Automotive to be the most helpful and professional and came recommended. This is an honest shop that gave me an assessment estimate and when I actually brought the car in for repairs I was pleasantly surprised when the actual work cost less than estimated! This is proof of their integrity and pride to do job well done! My car is running great! Thank you to Jason & Anthony."

"I came to Hillside with bad news on my prius car battery. As anew customer they received me with so much kindness waiving first visit fees completely and breaking down the options of what and how they could assist. I was so thankful with their service. I needed to head to work as they ran diagnostics on my car and the owner himself was gracious enough to take me to work. When I got back to decide what to do, I decided to hold off (on their great pricing compared to the options with Toyota) and hope that the Toyota might come through with an almost free option. When I got in my car it was completely vacuumed and wiped down. Just completely amazed by the kindness, the explanations I received from David and the great service."

"JAC has worked on 3 of my cars. Their front office staff is beyond my expectations. Always professional, straight-forward and willing to take the time to explain everythAng that needs to be done. Most importantly these guys are friendly and never talk down to me which I've run into @ Subaru and Jeep. A friend asked me last week why I don't take my Honda to the dealership and I told him, I trust John's Auto. I feel confident I'm getting straight talk and I feel confident when I leave the car is better, safer and there are no surprises because they give you a report and explain every point and you know what’s coming up. In regards to your question about timely repair, they beat that. Subaru wouldn’t even tell me by 11:35 am my car not only was not even started on but would take 4 more hours for a 2 hour repair. Had to get a rental. I view my car's auto business as a partner and John's Auto Care is my partner for my car care."

I appreciate the emails to remind me of upcoming service maintenance that needs to be performed, and also the photos that go along with the work they do on my vehicle. "AMAZING!! I have never left a mechanic feeling so impressed and educated. Downtown Automotive really took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me and answer all my questions. There were also no "surprises" on my bill...they did the work they told me they were going to do! They did find a few concerns and thanks to their digital inspection had pictures to show me exactly what the trouble spots were. They also did not push me and panic me to get the work done immediately, instead they gave me a suitable timeline to get the work done to prevent further problem. Would I recommend them to someone? YES!! 100%!! They are honest, friendly and their service goes above and beyond!"

I did not know that the work I needed was under warranty, and would have not known except they called me and said don't worry about the cost of this repair as it is all covered by warranty. "For personal service you can depend on, it's Garry's and no other vehicle shop in the Valley. They are thorough, concise, and professional. (It also helps that they're awful friendly!) There's no pressure to get additional items repaired/replaced unless it's a safety issue, and then they fully explain the hows 'n whys. Garry's is not necessarily always the cheapest option, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. And being able to count on them and their work gives me a peace of mind that doesn't have a price on it."
