"I would have given my experience an Excellent mark based on the customer service I received when I dropped the car off. Quite a different experience picking it up. Anne was not her usual friendly self and it may have had to do with speaking with my husband about the repairs. He needed clarification on repairs that would have cost us over $5K. Not sure how the conversation went but definitely felt I got the cold shoulder when I came in. I would like to see consistency in your customer service. I have a feeling that, because we did not agree to the expensive repairs at this time, we were somehow treated differently. Not sure if I would come back at this point."
