My car check engine was on for a catalytic converter code. The shop verified this was the problem and also picked up a 2nd code. Dennis and I spoke on phone and he gave me options to get this fixed. He took the time to explain and informed me of some financial assistance programs. I agreed to fix the catalytic converter, upon receiving of part the next day at closing time. Dennis made sure my car would be ready to go next morning at 10am. They did exactly that. I’m back in road no check engine. Passed smog. My engine light was flashing and I needed to find a shop to repair the issue. My diagnostic told me what some of the issues were; small evap leak, lean air(don’t remember what exactly but it was lean something), cylinder 3. I knew it needed maintenance as well as my 2003 Ford Exped 5.4 li eng has 245,000 mi on it…Dennis explained to me that even though I know what some of codes are(more show up on a professional diagnostic) He needed to know WHERE the cause was coming from. I agreed to his diagnostic. I also asked for a smoke test to find where the evap leak was. Each diagnostic test cost $200+ but ARE needed. He did everything honest and appropriate…He looked at junkyards for parts that are discontinued on my model so I could keep my truck. He showed me pics of the wornout hoses and repaired what couldn’t be ordered. He hooked me up with a program that paid $850 toward the cost of labor and repairs…I can go on…the point is that I am an older lady on my own and have found a great place to take auto concerns without hesitation! While having pleasant conversation when I picked up my truck…I found out that he also gives back to our community! His shop offers students from five different schools to get educated hands on there in the evening after he’s put in a full day! I am very thankful to have found Dennis’s online. I encourage you to try this father/son duo and support this local homegrown business :)

My job was pretty complex-a heater core replacement-which required the complete disassembly of the dash area, steering wheel removal, control panel, radio, airbags, coolant, hoses, etc. When the job was finished, everything was put back together perfectly. They had even taken the time to clean all of the dash, and I got an exterior vehicle wash thrown in. Trusting a mechanic/technician is often a hit or miss thing, but everybody at Dennis Auto repair has earned my trust and confidence. Highly recommended.

Kirkw	From my initial phone call to them (I talked with a pleasant and helpful woman on their end) to the prompt work on my car (needed to fix some things due to the car failing a smog test that it went through at a smog only place a few days earlier) to talking with Dennis when I went in to pick the car up I was very impressed with the whole operation. I drive an old Saturn and always took the car to the dealership where I bought the car but always felt they charged on the high side for repairs. I'm going to try Dennis from now on I was that impressed with their whole operation. (And no in case you're thinking this I'm not a shill for Dennis Auto Repair and I'm also not a relative or friend of Dennis I was just there for the first time a week or so ago).
